World’s tiniest dog!
According to the media reports, the five-month-old pup weighs 13oz and stands 4in tall to the shoulder. His owner Rosemarie McLinden cannot find a collar to fit him – so took him for a walk on a ferret harness.
It is reported that Tyson the puppy going for his first walk with owner Rosemarie McLinden in Keal, Lincolnshire. At just 4in tall, the chihuahua Ihasa cross is thought to be Britain’s smallest dog Her onwer said in a statement that:
“He is so delicate he doesn’t run around as much as other puppies but he still does like to give a chew toy a good bashing.”
She further added that:
“We had to take him from the litter…they think of him as a squeaky toy.”
The owner is unable to find a collar to fit him, Mrs McLinden walked the puppy in a ferret’s harness near her home in Keal. When he was born the pup was treated ‘like a squeaky toy’ by the rest of the litter. While the family has not yet contacted the Guinness World Records, they are confident Tyson is the smallest dog in Britain.
