Protestors of Sit-ins vacate Parliament Lawn
ISLAMABAD:ISLAMABAD: The workers of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) on Thursday vacated the lawn of the Parliament House.
PAT leader Dr Tahirul Qadri yesterday directed his followers to leave the lawn of the Parliament House.
The participants of sit-ins of PTI and PAT who are protesting against the government in Islamabad on directives of their party leaders vacated the tent settlements in the lawn of the Parliament House today and moved their tents at D-Chowk adjacent to the parliament.
Yesterday, Supreme Court has ordered leaders of sit-ins to vacate the area and move out of Parliament premises to record their protest.
In Joint Session of the Parliament, the members also criticized the presence of these protestors at that area as it forces them to use other ways to get into the house.
