Germany still No.1 in FIFA rankings
ZURICH: World Cup winning team Germany is still at the No.1 spot in FIFA rankings followed by the World Cup runners-up Argentina on the 2nd spot.
Colombia jumps to the 3rd place and Netherlands slide down to the 4th spot, Belgium stays at No5th spot followed by Brazil who moves up to the No.6 spot and Uruguay is on No.7. Spain, France and Switzerland are on 8th, 9th and 10th place, Costa Rica is ahead of Mexico and United States.
England is on 18th place, Algeria leads the African nations from 20th spot and Iran is the top Asian nation at No.44.
